摘　　要：简要概述了我国磷化学工业的快速发展态势,指出了磷化工产业存在的差距。重点论述了我国磷化工产业在"十二五"时期的总体发展思路和重点领域:应坚持"精细化、专用化和高端化"的发展方向,大力发展功能化的精细磷酸盐品种,积极发展专用化的有机磷化学品,加强技术创新和应用研究,拓展国内和国际2个市场,促进我国磷化工产业又好又快的发展。The fast development and achievement of phosphochemical industry in China in recent years are briefly described. The existing problems of phosphoehemical industry in China and influencing factors of its development are pointed out. In this paper, the development strategy and significant areas for the phosphochemieal industry in China in the 12th Five-year Plan are focused on： ①persisting in development of the refinement, specialization and high-end of the phosphochemical industry, ②developing fine phosphates and speciality organophosphorus chemicals,③strengthening the technological innovation and related application research, ④expanding markets at home an abroad to accelerate sustainable development of the phosphoehemical industry in China.
