摘　　要：对于非计算机专业学生的计算机应用能力教育,如何使他们在大学时期学好这门课程,走上工作岗位后能熟练运用计算机这个工具,是摆在教育工作者面前的一道难题。从计算机基础与应用课程教学的现状以及可采取的措施,并从本校实施精品课程计划以来教学效果的提升等几个方面,对非计算机专业学生的计算机应用能力问题进行了分析与探讨。It has been a difficult task for educators on how to make non-computer majors learn the course of computer Basis well in school and achieve qualified computer ability after graduation. This article analyse and discussed the current problems of computer basis teaching ＆ application and the measures shall be taken, and since the plan of the implementation of excellent courses to enhance teaching effectiveness, then analyse and discuss the computer application of non-computer majors.
