摘　　要：基于对北京市城乡结合部污水处理工程示范村的调查研究,对该地区的污水处理设施运行管理现状和存在的问题进行科学分析。同时,对当前城乡结合部污水处理设施运行管理机制进行了探讨,指出区县水务局成立"污水处理设施管理所"进行统一管理是城乡结合部地区污水处理设施运行的有效管理模式,并且提出了一系列相应的运行管理政策。Based on the investigation of sewage treatment project in urban-rural fringe of Beijing, this study analyzed the current management situation and problems of sewage treatment facilities. Furthermore, the management mechanism of operation for sewage treatment facilities in urban-rural fringe was discussed. It can be concluded that the unified management model by establishing the ＂Administrative Bureau of Sewage Treatment Facilities＂ in the district and county level is a very effective way for sewage treatment in urban-rural fringe. And finally, some relative operation management policies were suggested.
