摘　　要：针对电力系统应急物流管理工作涉及到电力系统中诸多环节的问题,分析了电力系统应急物流的特征和难点,提出了电力系统多环节应急物流集成化响应体系,阐述了响应体系的目标、主体、任务和支撑技术,并从应急指挥、信息平台、应急人员、物资调度、标准建设、局部应急和科学研究等方面提出了电力系统多环节应急物流集成化响应的策略。Against the problem of emergency logistics management work related to multiple links of power system, the characteristics and difficulties of emergency logistics of power system are analyzed. The integrated response system of e- mergency logistics of multiple links in power system is proposed. The goals, subjects, tasks and supporting technologies are described. And the strategies are proposed from the aspects of emergency command, information platform, emergency personnel, material distribution, standards construction, local emergency and scientific research, etc.
