摘　　要：建立了既有大型公共建筑能耗评价体系。采用层次分析法,借助专家评价,确定既有大型公共建筑能耗指标,从建筑主体、建筑子系统、运行管理等方面进行评分,直观反映既有大型公共建筑能耗情况。结合工程实例,对某医院建筑进行了公共建筑能耗评价。The energy consumption evaluation system for existing large public building is estab-lished. The energy consumption indexes of existing large public building are determined by analytic hierarchy process with the aid of expert assessment. The score is performed in terms of main body of building, building subsystems, operation management and so on, which visually reflects the energy consumption of existing large public building. The energy consumption of buildings in a hospital is evaluated with an engineering case.
