摘  要:针对采煤机支撑板的结构特点,首先根据支撑板的应用空间建立有限元模型,从而对其进行拓扑优化,找到了可以去除材料的范围,然后根据拓扑优化结果对原模型进行修改,最后再对其进行有限元分析,取得了好的优化结果。The structure character about the supporting plate of shearer was studied.First,the finite element model was built to meet the applicable space about the supporting plate.Then topology optimization was carried out,and the area that was removed was found,and the primary model was modified to meet the result of topology optimization.At last,the finite element analysis was carried out,and the better optimal effect was made.
