摘　　要：介绍了一种自动化全量程扭矩检定仪。该检定仪以PCI-1761数据采集卡为基础,结合AT-150扭力测量仪及相应的硬件电路完整地设计了扭矩检定仪的硬件部分,并运用LabWindows/CVI编程,实现了扭矩值的实时检测与控制、扭矩精度等级判断、扭矩检定报告自动生成等功能。实验结果表明,该检定仪能够很好地满足扭矩检测在准确、快速方面的要求,具有灵敏度高、实时性好、稳定、操作简单等优点,大大减轻了检定人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,为扭矩的自动化检测提供了保证。Automatic torque inspection machine with full range is introduced.Complete hardware designs that include data acquisition card PCI-1761 combined with torque measuring instrument AT-150,and relative hardware circuit.Real time inspection and control of torque value,judgement of torque precision grade,and fulfill testing report automatically are realized by using LabWindows/CVI software.The results show that inspection machine can do well in accurate and rapid of torque testing.The system has high sensitivity,a good real-time performance,Stability,and simple operation etc,and greatly decreasing labour intensity and raising efficiency,it offers assurance for automatic torque inspection.
