摘　　要：针对ZY8800/22/45D液压支架在井下工作不久部分推移杆发生断裂的问题,对ZY8800/22/45D液压支架推移杆断裂原因进行了分析,通过变更材料、提高推移杆头部和尾部的安全系数,解决了推移杆断裂问题,改进后生产出的推移杆在井下使用0.5 a多来未发生断裂现象,有效地提升了产品的质量。Based on the push rod fracture problem of ZY8800/22/45D hydraulic support in the underground shortly after the work began,and various analysis were carried out for the fractured push rod.The push rod fracture problems were solved through the change material,the enhancement passage pole forehead and the rear part safety coefficient.The fracture phenomenon of improved product used in the underground did not appear for more than six months,effectively improved the quality of the product.
