摘　　要：以某矿选煤厂点检自动化系统为背景,介绍了一种基于组态软件InTouch的监测系统,论述了系统的结构与功能。该系统采用InTouch开发上位监测界面,现场的无线传感器通过NPort网关、以太环网与上位机通讯,同时将其与选煤厂原有InTouch生产监控系统融合,实现了对选煤厂关键设备的远程监控。On the basis of inspecting automatic system of a coal preparation plant,a monitoring system which based on InTouch and discussed structure and function is introduced.The system used configuration software InTouch to develop monitoring interface,wireless sensors in coal preparation communicated with host computer through Nport gateway and annular Ethernet.Then this system was integrated into exiting production monitoring system,realizing remote monitoring of critical equipment of coal preparation plant.
