摘 要:采用双因素重复试验的方法,考察橡胶粉等体积取代不同比例砂子(取代率)及橡胶粉的粗细程度(细度模数)对混凝土强度的影响规律,即只考察橡胶粉的取代率和细度模数两个因素,其余的试验条件基本保持不变。方差分析表明:橡胶粉掺量对混凝土7,28 d的抗压和劈裂抗拉强度影响都特别显著。橡胶粉粗细程度对混凝土7,28 d劈裂抗拉强度影响特别显著,对7 d抗压强度影响特别显著,而对28 d抗压强度影响不显著。二者的交互作用对混凝土7 d抗压强度影响显著,对28 d的抗压强度影响特别显著,对7 d劈裂抗拉强度影响特别显著,对28 d劈裂抗拉强度影响显著;回归分析表明,橡胶粉掺量、粗细程度与混凝土7,28 d的抗压强度之间存在线性关系,与混凝土7 d劈裂抗拉强度之间存在线性关系,但与28 d劈裂抗拉强度之间不存在线性关系。In order to examine the effect of the rubber powder in the same volume replacing the sand in different proportions( replacement rate) and the degree of rubber powder' s fineness (fineness modulus) on concrete strength, it was used the double-factor repeating test method, that was, just to consider the replacement rate and the fineness modulus, other test conditions to be maintained invariable basically. The analysis of variance shows that the amount of rubber powder has great influence on concrete' s 7 d and 28 d compressive and tensile strength, the fineness of rubber powder has great influence on concrete' s 7 d and 28 d tensile strength, its influence on the 7 d compressive strength is significant, while it is not evident on 28 d compressive strength, these two factors interaction has great influence on concrete' s 7 d and 28 d compressive strength, its influence on 7 d tensile strength is significant, while 28 d is not remarkable. Regression analysis shows that the amount of rubber powder and the fineness have linear relationship with concrete' s 7 d and 28 d compressive strength, so does concrete' s 7 d tensile strength, but they don' t have linear relationship with concrete' s 28 d tensile strength.
