摘  要:深水区域大型桥梁承台混凝土施工中采用整体无缝浇筑,硬化过程中的温度应力会引起裂缝,给耐久性带来影响。在分析混凝土各个组分对水化温度以及对温度应力影响的基础上,介绍平面分块尺寸为51.35 m×48.1 m的主索塔承台计算参数的设置,以及混凝土硬化过程中温度应力变化的模拟计算,并与实际工程的监测温度应力进行比较。得出前5 d是产生表面裂缝的危险期及主要温控措施的作用和效果;采用合理的配合比有利于延缓和降低水化热,是控制大体积混凝土温度裂缝的有效手段等。As constructing large bridge rise pile cap concrete integral erection in deep water, the stress caused from different temperature in the stage of concrete curing is harmful to its durability. The analysis of material ingredient influence on heat of hydration and thermal stress was done. Taking the main pile cap whose blocking partition dimension was about 51.35 m -48. 1 m for example, the calculated parameters were determined. And a simulation analysis of thermal stress variation during the concrete hardening was introduced. The comparison between calculated results and the monitoring value was made. It was that the first 5 d were the period for surface crack to produce easily during which controlling measures could act well. Rational concrete design was available means of controlling mass concrete thermal crack by retarding and reducing heat of hydration.
