摘　　要：设计了一种基于USB高速数据采集模块的离合器踏板特性便携式测试系统,该系统可对离合器踏板力学/位置特性、时域特性及分离做功进行测量和分析,解决了以往只针对单独离合器或踏板特性参数进行测试的问题。试验结果表明,该测试系统可有效地对离合器进行实车试验,测试精度高,满足了车载便携测量的要求。A portable testing system of clutch pedal characteristics based on USB high-speed data acquisition module was designed, which can measure and analyze clutch pedal mechanics/location characteristics, time domains characteristics and disengaging work. It breaks through the limit which only the single clutch or the pedal characteristic parameters could be tested. The test results show that the test system can effectively test on-board clutch performance with high test accuracy and it can meet the requirements of on-board portable measurement.
