摘　　要：针对中国汽车企业的产品出口欧盟等国家地区的需求,介绍了欧洲的车辆法规和型式认证体系,阐述了型式认证中工厂审查的依据及内容,具体分析了工厂进行工厂审查所具备的条件,以及需要重点注意的方面。According to the demand for Chinese automobile exporting to the EU and other countries, the European vehicle regulations and Type Approval system was introduced respectively. Additionally, the basics and contents of Conformity of Production （COP） were illustrated, and the necessary conditions and relevant key processes required for plant during the COP were also analyzed.
