摘　　要：科技成果转化实质上就是利益关系的博弈过程,利益关系均衡是科技成果转化必须坚持的基本原则。本文在回顾科技成果转化与利益均衡理论的基础上,以科技成果转化各方的博弈能力分析为切入点,构建了科技成果转化的利益博弈模型,提出了实现科技成果转化利益均衡的对策建议。On the basis of the analysis of the connotation and causes of the conversion of scientific and technological achievements and balance of interests,this paper firstly analyzes the ability of all parties＇ games in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements,and constructs the mechanisms for the balance of interests in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements： the intellectual property system,interest distribution mechanism,interest incentive mechanism,and cooperation conversion mechanism.
