摘  要:采用混合熔剂快速熔融试样,盐酸低温溶解熔球,1.5 ml硝酸充分溶解,制备母液.分别移取3份母液,以钙指示剂为指示剂,加入少量Mg2+,EDAT标准溶液滴定CaO;以铬黑T为指示剂,EDAT标准溶液滴定MgO;以PAN指示剂,用硫酸铜标准溶液滴定Al2O3,滴定终点均突变明显.本法具备快速、准确、设备简单、分析成本低的特点,效果良好,特别适用于小型工厂实验室的日常分析.并在生产中已得到了应用.The mother liquor for the analysis was prepared by rapid melting the sintered ore with a mixed flux, dissolving the melted ball into hydrochloric acid at low temperature, and fully dissolving the sample into 1.5 ml nitric acid. Three portions of the mother liquor were individually transferred to three flasks with a small amount of Mg^2+ , added. Then, the CaO was titrated by the EDTA standard solution with calcium indicator as the titration indicator; the MgO was titrated by the EDAT standard solution with Eriochrome black T as the indicator; and the Al203 was titrated by the copper sulfate standard solution with PAN as the indicator. The mutation points at the titration end were remarkable. Being fast, accurate, simple in equipment configuration and of low cost, the method is especially useful for the routine analysis in the laboratory of small factories; and it has gained application in production as well.
