新疆维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新疆维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵强化治疗的疗效。方法:对117例2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSII)治疗,观察空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血糖达标时间,每日胰岛素用量及低血糖发生情况。结果:维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者相比,在到达相同的血糖控制水平情况下,维吾尔族患者达到目标血糖时间、每日胰岛素用量均大于汉族患者(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵强化治疗更符合生理状态下胰岛素分泌,能更有效地控制血糖,但维吾尔族、汉族糖尿病患者治疗效果相比,维吾尔族患者血糖较汉族患者难控制。Objective： To observe the curative effect of insulin pump in the treatment of the uygur,the han type 2 diabetes patients in Xinjiang City.Methods： 117 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were used with insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion（CSII） treatment,empty stomach blood sugar,after meals 2 h blood sugar and blood sugar insufficient time,daily insulin consumption and low blood sugar happen were observed.Results： The uygur,the han type 2 diabetes patients were compared,their arrival in the same blood sugar and control level,the blood sugar in the uygur reached the target time,daily insulin usage were greater than those of the han（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Insulin pump treatment can simulate the physical insulin secret,can be more effectively to control the blood sugar but multidimensional,and healing of diabetic patients,the blood sugar is more difficult to control in the uygur patients than the han.
