摘　　要：目的:分析门诊退药情况,为减少和规范退药提供参考。方法:对我院门诊药房2010年6月～12月的患者退药情况进行统计分析。结果:门诊药房退药的主要原因为医师的责任和药物不良反应;退药品种以抗菌素为主;内科发生退药情况较频繁。结论:应加强合理用药指导,重视药品不良反应,进一步减少退药的发生。Objective： To analyze the retreated medicine situation in dispensary for outpatients in our hospital, so as to provide references for the reduction and standardization of retreated medicine. Methods： The retreated medicine datas in dispensary for outpatients from Jun to Dec in 2010 in our hospital were analyzed. Results： The retreated medicine in dis- pensary for outpatients was mainly resulted from the duty of doctors and the adverse drug reaction. The variety of retreated medicine was priority to antibiotic medicines; the retreated medicine occurred frequently in department of internal medicine. Conclusion： It should be strengthen the rational use of drugs, and pay attention to the guidance of adverse drug reaction, as to reduce the occurrence of retreated medicine.
