大桥时代对舟山海洋开发转型发展的思考

摘　　要：跨海大桥的开通使舟山迎来了海洋开发新时代,舟山的区位优势、资源优势进一步凸显。但舟山真正要进入大桥时代,需要继续解放思想,增强忧患意识、竞争意识,在大桥效应的影响下,正确审视舟山海洋开发的桥、岛、港、城、服务等相关关系,进行海洋开发的战略转型。战略转型应该从产业升级、市场升级、开发重点、政府发展思想等方面入手,形成开放型、跨越型、持续型的海洋开发新局面,为实现浙江省建设"海洋经济强省"和推进海洋经济发展带规划建设的总体目标做出贡献。The opening of cross-sea bridge ushered Zhoushan into the new era of marine development as Zhoushan boasts of advantages both in location and resources.However,to achieve development in the real sense in the bridge era,it is necessary to further emancipate the mind,break old ideas bondage and enhance the consciousness of adversity and competition.The effect of the bridge era makes it necessary to correctly examine the relationships between the bridges,islands,ports,urban development and related services in marine development,and to transform marine development strategies,including industrial upgrading,market upgrading,development priority and government development thought.It is expected to achieve an open,rapid and sustained marine development so as to make contributions to Zhejiang Province＇s efforts in building a province with the strong marine economy and promoting the overall planning target of marine economic development belt construction.
