On Innovating University's Talents Training Model from the Employment Perspective

摘  要:本科高校人才培养模式的创新是建设创新型国家和人力资源强国的必然要求,是高校适应社会需要、促进自身发展的需要,也是提高大学生就业发展能力的必然途径。从就业的视角来分析,现行人才培养模式及人才培养过程中仍存在一些问题。因此,本科高校必须在坚持"以生为本""、可持续发展"和"打造品牌"的教育理念的基础上,强化人才培养模式创新的策略设计,加强专业建设与课程建设,不断改进教学方法和教学手段,创新教学管理运行机制,营造丰富的校园文化;同时,建立以专业为支点的就业工作的联动机制,加强对学生的职业规划、就业指导和创新创业教育,促进人才培养质量和毕业生就业发展能力的提高。The innovation of university's undergraduate talents training model is a necessity for building an innovative country with strong human resources,a demand for universities to adapt to social needs and promote their development,and an inevitable way to improve the students' capacity of employment and development.Analyzing the current training model and training process from the employment perspective,we can find some problems,so undergraduate universities must adhere to the education philosophy of "students-orientation","sustainable development" and "brand establishment",strengthen the design of training model innovative strategies,enhance professional development and curriculum development,improve teaching methods and teaching means,innovate teaching management mechanism,and create a rich campus culture.Meanwhile,undergraduate universities should establish employment linkage mechanism based on professional,enhance students' career planning,career guidance and innovative and entrepreneurship education so as to promote the improvement of the personnel training quality and graduates' development capacity.
