团体辅导对高校职业生涯规划教育的改进研究

摘　　要：大学时期是一个人职业生涯的准备和探索阶段,对今后的职业发展起到关键作用。近年来国内高校的职业生涯规划教育主要通过职业指导课程的教授和个别职业咨询两种途径进行,但在教育效果上各有不足。职业生涯规划团体辅导能唤起学生的主动性,增强实践性和参与性,关注到每一个成员成长,能有效地改进原有两种教育途径的不足。但实施团体辅导需注意配备专业的领导者、不断修正团体辅导方案、合理安排三种教育方式的组合。College period is a career preparation and exploration stage for every person,and it plays a key role in furthering career development.In recent years,vocational guidance class teaching and vocational counseling are the main methods to teach career planning education in domestic universities.However,both of them exist some insufficiency in their educational effect.Group counseling can arouse students＇ initiative,strengthen practicality and participation,pay attention to each one＇s growing.It can solve the existing problems of two education methods effectively.In order to carry out group counseling in career planning education better,providing professional leader,revising group counseling plan continuously,and arranging for a combination of three kinds of education reasonably should be paid more attention to.
