摘 要:对宝山铅锌矿选矿的试验研究发现,在磨机中加入硫化钠调节矿浆电位,增加方铅矿与闪锌矿的可浮性差异,同时混合使用组合抑制剂硫酸锌和碳酸钠抑制闪锌矿,达到铅锌分离的目的。该组合药剂取代宝山铅锌选矿厂原有的氰化物浮选,实现了高效清洁生产。获得铅精矿含铅55.07%、铅回收率95.75%,锌精矿含锌55.62%、锌回收率96.06%的良好指标。这一研究成果使电化学调控捕收剂诱导浮选在生产实践中成功应用迈出重要的一步。Based on the experimental study on lead-zinc ore from Baoshan,it is discovered that adding sodium sulfide to ball grinder to adjust pulp potential and increase the floatability difference between galena and sphalerite together with using combined depressants of zinc sulfate and sodium carbonate to restrain zinc can satisfy the purpose of lead and zinc separation.The combined depressant has replaced the previous cyanide flotation,achieving efficient and clean production.Good indexes are obtained with lead concentrate containing 55.07% lead,lead recovery of 95.75%,zinc concentrate containing 55.62%,zinc and zinc,recovery 96.06%.The research results promote the successful application of electrochemical regulation of collector in induction flotation.
