摘　　要：司法公正是人类社会在迈向法治社会进程中运用法律手段解决各类纠纷而追求的一个永恒价值目标。实现司法公正的路径主要包括:牢固树立与和谐社会相适应的司法理念;以扎实的基础工作维护司法公正;在坚持党的领导的基础上,加强和改进对司法机关的领导;努力建设一支高素质的法官队伍;加强对司法权的监督;深化司法体制改革,建设社会主义司法制度。Judicial justice is regarded as an eternal value target of mankind solving various disputes with law towards the society of law.The realization route of judicial justice includes the establishment of judicial idea suitable to harmonious society,the maintenance of judicial justice with solid fundamental work,the improvement of leading judicial organization with the party＇s leadership,the construction of the judges group with higher quality,the enhancement of the supervision on judicial rights and the establishment of socialist judicial system with further reforms on judicial system.
