内外循环超重力装置对润滑油清净剂产品的影响

摘  要:随着超重力技术的应用领域的不断开拓,用超重力装置可制备高碱值石油磺酸钙清净剂T103,在用内外循环超重力装置制备T103过程中,讨论了内外循环超重力装置对润滑油清净剂产品的影响。结果表明,内循环超重力装置比外循环超重力装置结构简单,采用内循环超重力装置比外循环超重力装置在制备T103过程中原料的利用率高、产品收率高、装置运行效果好、对环境的影响较小。The lubricating oil detergent of high based calcium sulfonate T103 could be prepared by HIGEE experiment, along with the unceasingly exploitation of HIGEE technology application fields. In this presentation, the two processes of internal and external circulation HIGEE experiments were used to prepare T103, and the effects of those two processes on the lubricating oil detergent product was observed here. The observation results showed that the internal circulation HIGEE experiment behaved better effects including simple configuration, high utilization ratio of raw material and energy. Furthermore, the internal circulation HIGEE experiment possessed fine the operational effect during the preparing the lubricating oil detergent of high based calcium sulfonate T103. Compared with the external circulation HIGEE experiment, it also showed a slight change of environment.
