摘　　要：目的:促进重庆市药品交易所(下简称重庆药交所)网上采购平台的完善,使药品交易操作便捷,达到公开、公平、公正的目的。方法:通过比较我院现有药品网上采购模式与原有药品采购模式,结合我院在重庆药交所采购药品的情况,对目前重庆药交所药品网上采购系统中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出建议。结果:对于药品网上采购系统存在的待办事项提示功能开发不充分、查询功能不完善、操作界面不直观、配送企业变更太频繁等问题应加以解决。另外,建议导入QQ对话系统,增设急救药品的绿色采购通道,整合网上交易平台,完善系统的导入、导出、下载功能。结论:药品网上采购减少了中间环节,降低了药品价格,更加利于政府监管和公众监督,但现有模式存在诸多问题,有待今后进一步完善。OBJECTIVE： To improve the online procurement platform of Chongqing Medicine Exchange in order to achieve convenient, open, fair and just drug trade. METHODS ： By comparing the current online drug purchase mode and traditional one in our hospital, combined with the situation of drug purchase of our hospital in Chongqing Medicine Exchange, the problems of online drug purchase system of Chongqing Medicine Exchange were discussed to put forward some suggestions. RESULTS： The problems of online drug purchase system need to be resolved, such as insufficient prompt function for all jobs to be done, imperfect inquiry function, discursive operation interface, frequent change of distribution enterprise. It is suggested to introduce QQ dialogue system, set up emergency drug purchase green path, integrate online trading platform, improve import, export and download function of system. CONCLUSION： Online drug purchase reduces intermediate links to reduce the drug price, and is more conducive to the supervision of government and the public, but the existing pattern has many ~roblems. which need to be further perfected.
