摘　　要：目的:提高我院药品安全管理工作水平。方法:根据药品安全的内涵,针对目前影响医疗机构药品安全的关键环节(药品源头、药房处方调配、科室暂存药品、药品临床使用等),提出工作思路并在实践中应用。结果与结论:正确认识药品安全的内涵,强化风险管理意识是做好药品安全管理的先决条件;树立系统化整体理念,明确重点、把握环节,扎实做好药品安全的细节管理,是防范安全事件发生的根本;建立我院药品安全事件报告制度、药品召回制度,采取快速、有效、规范的处置措施,是确保已发生安全事件妥善处理的关键。OBJECTIVE： To improve drug safety management in our hospital. METHODS： According to the connotation of drug safety, the working ideas were put forward and put into practice in view of the current impact of the key aspects of drug safety （drug source, prescription dispensing, temporarily drug storage and clinical application of drugs, etc.） in medical institutions. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The correct understanding of the connotation of drug safety and the awareness of risk management are the prerequisite to drug safety management. The fundament to prevent security incidents is to establish systematic holistic philos- ophy, make clear the emphasis, hold the key link, and have a good mastery of the management details on drug safety. To establish drug safety incident reporting system, drug recall system and take quick, effective and standardized measures are key to ensure proper handling of security incidents.
