摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理技术操作集中培训的效果。方法选择2009年1月—2010年12月同批来院的护士40名,对临床护理技术操作采用集中培训的方式,比较护士培训前后临床操作考核成绩、护士对培训方式的满意度及科室对护士操作的满意度。结果培训后,护士在静脉输液、心肺复苏和给氧操作考核的成绩较培训前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训护士和科室对集中培训的方式均较满意。结论对新入院的护士采用集中培训的方式,能使护士在最短的时间里掌握护理技术的操作技能,提高操作水平,对新护士迅速进入临床护理工作起到了积极的推动作用。Objective To analyze the effects of concentrated nursing skill training. Methods A total of 40new nurses in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected. They received concentrated nursing skill training. The nurses＇ examination results of clinical skills before and after training, the nurses＇ satisfaction with the training method, and hospital＇s satisfaction with nurses＇ practice were assessed. Results There were significant differences in examination results of clinical skills between before and after training （P 〈 0.05 ）. The hospital and nurses were satisfied with the training method. Conclusion Concentrated training enables new nurses handle and improve their nursing skills as soosn as possible.
