摘　　要：目的研究医院科技能力评价指标体系的指标权重,以便对各评价指标在总体评价中的作用进行区别对待,确保整个评价指标体系的科学性。方法运用层次分析法确定指标体系的权重。结果确定了指标体系中一、二、三级指标的权重。结论运用层次分析法确定指标权重比较合适,权重结果相对准确,科技产出是较为重要的指标,下一步有待于进行应用研究。Abstract Objective To study the index weight in hospital＇s technology capability evaluation index system, use each index in the overall evaluation properly; ensure that the entire evaluation index system is scientific. Methods Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the weight of index system. Results The level 1, 2, 3 indexes weights in index system were set up. Conclusion It is more appropriate to set up the weight of index system by the AHP; the results of the weight are relatively accurate ; technology output is an important index, the further application reaserch is needed.
