摘　　要：目的了解某电子厂7 855名职工高血压患病状况。方法采用普查的方法。以《1999WHI/ISH治疗指南》的分类标准进行分析。结果在职工人高血压标化患病率9.23%,女性标化患病率6.70%,男性标化患病率3.31%,年龄、性别、文化程度、家族史、婚姻状况和体重指数是高血压发病的主要危险因素。结论应加强以厂区为基础的高血压综合防治措施。To explore the prevalence of hypertension among 7 855 employees in an electronics factory. Methods Census was conducted, with the data analyzed according to the classification criteria in＂1999WHI/ ISH treatment guidelines＂. Results The standardized prevalence rate of hypertension in the employees was 9.23%, 6.70% in females, and 3.31% in males. Age, sex, education, family history, marital status and body mass index were the main risk factors of hypertension incidence. Conclusion Comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension based on plant should be strengthened.
