病毒分离、RT-PCR和实时荧光RT-PCR法检测肠道病毒71型比较

摘　　要：目的评价病毒分离培养、RT-PCR及实时荧光RT-PCR法对于肠道病毒71型的检测效果。方法分别用病毒分离培养、RT-PCR、实时荧光RT-PCR方法对2009年龙岩市手足口病哨点监测医院送检的153份手足口病患者咽拭子样本进行EV71检测,并对检测结果进行配对卡方检验。结果 3种方法总体符合率为81.0%,3种检测方法对样本中EV71阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病毒分离、RT-PCR和实时荧光RT-PCR检测方法均适用于EV71的检测,可以作为EV71的日常临床诊断方法。To evaluate the effect of three detection methods which applied to detect enterovirus 71 （EV71）, including virus isolation, RT- PCR and real- time RT- PCR. Methods Totally 153 cases＇ throat swab samples which submitted from Longyan City＇s Hand - Foot and Mouth Disease （HFMD） surveillance hospitals in 2009, were conducted virus isolation, RT- PCR and real- time RT- PCR to detect EVT1. Results The general consistency rate of 3 methods was 81.0%, without statistical difference among the positive rates of these 3 methods （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion All of the 3 detection methods can be applied to detect the EV71.
