摘　　要：通过模仿涤纶DTY在织布工厂的使用过程,制作简单试验装置,制定试验规程,对涤纶DTY进行退绕性能试验,验证原料、工艺、设备等加工条件变化时产品的退绕性能是否有影响,及时发现和解决问题,从而提高产品质量。By imitating the process of using polyester DTY in the weaving factory, creating a simple test equipment and making test code, the unwinding performance test of polyester DTY is carried out. It is to verify that when the materials, technology, equipment and other processing conditions change, the unwinding of the product performance is affected, and to discover and solve problems in time, thus to improve product quality.
