摘　　要：农村集体土地登记是农村地籍管理的基础工作,是保护农民土地合法权益,促进集体土地流转,繁荣农村经济的重要手段。通过探讨我国农村集体土地登记的主要作用以及现行登记体系存在的不足,提出进一步完善集体土地登记制度的建议。The rural collective land registration is the foundation of rural cadastral management,and it is an important means to protect the farmers' legitimate rights and interests in land,promote the transfer of collective land and prosperous development rural economy.This article discusses the main functions of rural collective land registration and its shortcomings.It proposes suggestions for further improving the collective land registration system.
