公立医院公益性内涵调查和分析

摘　　要：目的通过对公立医院的公益性的调研,探讨主要的内涵因子,为公立医院充分实现公益性目标提供理论依据。方法采用随机原则抽取山东省三家三级医院的患者及医院管理者,共251名,对"经济可及性"、"就医方便性"、"医院人性化设计"和"医疗层次性"等因素进行调查。结果大多数患者及医院管理者认为公立医院的"人性化设计"和"医疗层次性"较为弱化。结论为了更好地实现公益性目标,公立医院应在今后适当强化"人性化设计",同时还应不断满足高收入人群的高端医疗需求。Objective Exploring the main factors of public welfare through research can provide public hospitals a theoretical basis on full realization of public interest.Methods In three tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province,251 patients and hospital administrators were selected randomly as investigators,which is about＂Economic accessibility＂,＂medical treatment convenience＂,＂Hospital human design＂ and ＂medical level＂ etc.Results Most patients and hospital administrators in public hospitals think that the ＂human design＂ and ＂medical level＂ are weakened.Conclusion In order to achieve public interest,the public hospitals should strengthen in the future ＂human design＂ and meet the medical needs of high income groups.
