摘　　要：通过对江西省水资源及其开发利用现状的调查与研究,分析了江西省水资源开发利用存在的主要问题。在此基础上,根据经济社会可持续发展用水需求和水生态环境保护要求,以水资源供、需平衡分析为手段,通过水资源优化配置,研究提出了江西省水资源开发利用总体方案,为经济社会发展和生产力布局、经济结构调整以及实施最严格水资源管理制度等提供科学依据。Through investigation and research on water resources and its development - utilization in Jiangxi Province, the main problems in the water resources development of Jiangxi Province are analyzed. On the basis of analysis, according to water demand for sustainable development of society and economy and the requirement for ecological environment protection, by the means of water supply - demand balance analysis, through water resources optimal allocation, the general development and utili- zation plan of water resources in Jiangxi Province is put forward to provide scientific basis for the layout of economic and social development, adjustment of economic structure and implementation of the most strict water resources management system etc..
