芪参益气滴丸对急性心肌梗死后患者心功能和炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨芪参益气滴丸对急性心肌梗死(AMI)后患者心功能和炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6)的影响。方法 AMI患者41例,分对照组20例行常规治疗及治疗组21例在常规治疗中加用芪参益气滴丸治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)值,血清BNP、TNF-α、IL-6的含量。结果两组治疗后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与收缩末期内径(LVESD)均有缩小、左心室射血分数(LVEF)均有提高,两组治疗后血清BNP、TNF-α、IL-6的水平均有下降(P<0.01),治疗后芪参益气滴丸组较常规治疗组心功能恢复更好,血清BNP、TNF-α、IL-6的含量较常规治疗组有进一步下降(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗急性心肌梗死可以进一步改善患者心功能,降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,其作用机制与芪参益气滴丸抑制炎性因子有关。Objective To investigate the affect on heart function and serum cytokines tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6）in the patients of acute myocardial infarct treated with Qishenyiqi dripping pills.Methods The patients（41） with chronic heart failure treated for 12 weeks was been dividided into control group（20） treated with routine therapy and therapy group（21） treated with routine therapy and Qishenyiqi dripping pills.we studied left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）,LVEF and serum BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 before and after treatment.Results LVEDD and LVESD were shortened,LVEF was improved,concentrations of serum BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 were decreased in these two groups after treatment,the heart function in therapy group recovered better than control group,the concentrations of serum BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 in therapy group were further decreased than control therapy group after treatment.Conclusion The heart function was further improved,concentra-tions of serum BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 were further decreased by treated with compound Qishenyiqi dripping pills in acute myocardial in-farct patients（P〈0.01）,the mechanism was compound Qishenyiqi dripping pills can decrease the concentrations of serum cytokines（P〈0.01）.
