摘　　要：多年来临床试验证实氯吡格雷作为重要的抗血小板聚集药,在心血管疾病的预防治疗中起着重要作用。但氯吡格雷抵抗的出现限制了其临床效果。现就氯吡格雷抵抗的定义、机制,以及氯吡格雷抵抗的检测方法包括血栓弹力图进行综述。Clopidogrel is the mainstay antiplatelet treatment in patients with a high risk of cardiovascular events.Its beneficial effect has been documented in several clinical trials.Nevertheless,the therapeutic effect of clopidogrel has been limited by the emergence of clopidogrel resistance.This article reviews the definition,the possible mechanism,and the measurement of clopidogrel resistance.
