摘　　要：现今社会心力衰竭发病率的增加及高病死率严重威胁人类健康,奈西立肽作为一种治疗急性心力衰竭的新药,已广泛应用于临床。其安全性的分析及对预后的影响也在不断的探讨中。Heart failure is a major public health problem in modem society with constantly rising morbidity and mortality. Nesiritide, a newly developed agent, is a recombinant form of human brain B-type natriuretic peptide and now is widely used in the treatment of acutely decompensated heart failure. It＇s impact on renal function and prognosis is under investigation.
