摘 要:以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠作为氧化还原引发剂,研究了经球磨活化的淀粉与丙烯酰胺在反相乳液体系中的接枝共聚反应动力学,分别考察了反应温度、引发剂浓度、淀粉浓度、单体浓度、乳化剂用量对接枝速率的影响。结果表明,在实验考察范围内的动力学关系式为:Rp∝[(NH4)2S2O4)]0.571[NaHSO3]0.571[St]0.592[M]1.18[E]0.523,反应的表观活化能Ea=27.48kJ/mol。文章推导的该反相乳液聚合反应的表观动力学方程及反应机理与实验结果理基本一致。Kinetics of graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto ball-milling activated starch in inverse emulsion was investigated using ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as initiator.The effects of reaction temperature,initiator concentration,starch concentration,monomer concentration and the amount of emulsifier on grafting rate were studied.The results showed that the equation of experimental rate of grating can be expressed as Rp∝[(NH4)2S2O4)]0.571 [NaHSO3] 0.5710.592[M]1.18[E]0.523,and the overall activation energy of the polymerization process was 27.48kJ/mol.The polymerization rate equation and the reaction mechanism had been derived,which were consistent with the experimental results.
