摘 要:提出了流动注射在线离子交换富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定合金钢中微量镍的分析方法。在线离子交换采用双柱正向富集和反向洗脱流路方式,使用80目732强酸型阳离子交换树脂在酸度为0.10mol/L HCl中富集样品中的Ni2+,并用2.0mol/L HCl洗脱。设计了流动注射在线离子交换富集双柱流路的操作程序,优化了各项仪器条件、化学条件及操作参数。用氟化铵有效地消除了大量基体铁的干扰。方法检出限为3.6ng/mL,Ni2+量在0.010~0.50μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系。方法应用于合金钢标样中微量Ni2+的测定,结果与认定值相吻合。A method for determination of trace nickel in alloy by flow injection system of on-line ion-exchange preconcentration combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established.In this experiment,sample and reagent flowed from the narrower end of the column to the broader end and the eluent flowed through it in the reverse direction by double-column to minimize dispersion,using 80 mesh 732 strong acid cation exchange resin in the 0.10mol/L HCl on-line ion-exchange enrich the Ni2+ of samples,and 2.0mol/L HCl eluted.The double column manifold and operating program for on-line ion exchange and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were designed,and chemical conditions and operation parameters were optimized.It can effectively eliminate a large number of co-existence of iron by NH4F.The detection limit of the method was 3.6ng/ mL and the calibration curve was rectilinear over 0.010~0.50μg/mL.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace Ni2+ in standard alloy and experimental results are in agreement with the certified values.
