糖代谢异常对患者冠状动脉内皮功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同病程2型糖尿病患者冠脉血流速度储备(CFVR)功能的变化。方法我院59例门诊就诊患者分为3组:糖耐量正常组23例,新诊断2型糖尿病患者组21例,已诊断2型糖尿病患者组15例。对3组对象应用腺苷诱导的超声心动图检查,探测左前降支血流速度的改变,评估各组间CFVR功能的改变。结果糖耐量正常组、新发糖尿病患者组与已诊断糖尿病患者组CFVR功能逐渐下降,P<0.01。结论糖尿病患者CFVR功能显著降低,在新诊断的糖尿病患者内皮功能就已受损,而且随着糖尿病病程的延长进一步恶化。Objective To investigate the change of coronary flow velocity reserve（CFVR） in patients with type 2 diabetes mellites for different course.Methods The 59 participants were divided into 3 groups： 23 normal glucose tolerance volunteers（group A）,diabetic patients including 21 newly diagnosed（group B） and 15 already diagnosed from outpatient department（group C）.The CFVR was assessed by using adenosine echocardiography.Result There was a gradual decline for CFVR among the group A,B and C（P0.01）.Conclusions Coronary artery endothelial function was impaired in diabetic patients,which was induced even in newly diagnosed diabetic patients and deteriorated with diabetic course.
