可调式外展架配合中药治疗肱骨干骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外展架配合中药内服治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法将60例肱骨干骨折的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用可调式外展架配合中药治疗,对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定方法治疗,观察2组患者的骨折愈合及肩肘关节功能情况。结果在4周6、周1、2周时,治疗组骨折愈合指标积分均低于对照组。在6周、12周时治疗组肩肘关节功能优良率均高于对照组。结论可调式外展架配合中药内服治疗肱骨干骨折,能有效促进骨折愈合,并改善肩肘关节功能。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of adjustable abducent frame with Chinese herbs on humeral shaft fracture. Methods Sixty patients with humeral shaft fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with adjustable abducent frame combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with open reduction and plate fixation. The function of shoulder, elbow and fracture healing situation were dynamically observed. Results In 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks, the fracture healing integrals of treatment group were lower than that of the control group. In 6 weeks and 12 weeks, the function of shoulder and elbow of treatment group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion Adjustable abducent frame with Chinese herbs could effectively promote fracture healing and improve shoulder and elbow function.
