摘  要:目的探讨天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者血压及其血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择肝阳上亢型高血压病患者74例,随机分为天麻钩藤饮组(治疗组)37例和马来酸依那普利组(对照组)37例,均治疗4周,分别检测治疗前后患者血压和血清一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。结果治疗后2组血压均明显下降2,组间比较无显著性差异;而治疗组NO的升高却较对照组明显(P<0.01)。结论天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者具有良好的降压效果,并且能够升高患者血清NO水平,从而改善患者血管内皮功能。Objective It is to explore the effects of Gasrodia and Uncaria decoction on blood pressure level and the function of vascular endothelia of patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity. Methods Seventy-four cases with hypertension in of liver yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into two groups, with 37 cases in treatment group(TG) treated by Gasrodia and Uncaria decoction and 37 cases in control group treated by enalapril maleate tablets respectively. They were all treated for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure level and serum nitric oxide (NO) activity of the cases were determined before and after treatment. Results The decrease of blood pressure level was significant in either treatment group or in control group, with no significant difference between the two groups. In contrast, the elevation of serum NO activity was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Gasrodia and Uncaria decoction has a significant blood pressure-dropping effect on the cases with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity. It may achieve this via elevating NO activity to improve the function of vascular endothelia.
