中药合剂糖末宁对糖尿病肾病大鼠血脂异常调节作用的研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物实验探索糖尿病肾病与血脂异常之间的联系,以及观察中药糖末宁对糖尿病肾病大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法本实验把大鼠进行随机分组,分成糖末宁组,模型组。通过摘除大鼠左侧肾脏,术后一周一次性空腹腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导大鼠发生DN。对糖末宁组给予糖末宁合剂(10ml/kg/d)灌胃,模型组采用生理盐水灌胃,分别于0周、4周、8周、12周时测大鼠血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果糖末宁合剂有降低TG,TC,LDL-C的作用(P>0.05)。结论糖末宁能够有效调节糖尿病肾病大鼠的血脂。临床在应用糖末宁合剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的同时,也可作为糖尿病肾病调脂汤剂进行应用。Objective To explore the connection between DN and dyslipidemia by animal experiments ,also to observe the DN rats blood lipid adjusting effects of TCM decoction tangmoning. Methods In the experiment the rats are divided into treatment group and model group randomly. We excise rats＇ left kidney and after a week,we inject STZ intraperitoneally which inducing rats happen DN. The treatment group give tangmoning（10ml/kg-d） filling stomachs, model group using normal saline （10ml/kg^d） filling stomachs, respectively on 0 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks measured serum TG, TC, HDL, LDL. Results Tangmoning can make TG, TC, LDL lower. （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion Tangmoning can effectively regulate the blood lipid of diabetic nephropathy rats. While using in diabetes peripheral neuropathy （DPN） ,tangmoning can be used as DN dyslipidemia adjustment decoction.
