摘　　要：目前我国高校教师教学工作量计算办法存在着不足。以教师必要劳动时间(小时)作为衡量教师工作量的尺度,可以比较好地厘清高校教师工作量计算中遇到的复杂问题,且法律依据可靠,制度设计易于理解。同时,相同职务的教师,完成同类工作,其教师必要劳动时间相同。In view of the deficiency in measuring college teachers＇ teaching load,the present article suggests that teachers＇ necessary working hours should be taken as the yardstick of the measurement,which can help to tackle the complicated problems in teaching load counting.This method is legally reliable and interpretable in system design.If the teachers of the same position do the work of the same kind,they will have the same number of necessary working hours.
