摘　　要：战时配送网络是配送活动的载体,始终处于动态变化之中。在对战时配送网络分析的基础上,从简单的网络图入手,分三个步骤逐步生成了单种运输方式的配送网络转化图、多种运输方式的配送网络转化图、有破坏点的配送网络转化图,为配送决策者处理配送网络中的特殊点提供了一种较好的方法。The wartime distribution network, which is always in dynamic change, is the carrier of distribution activities. Upon the basis of the analysis of the distribution network during war, three different types of distribution network graphs are generated in three steps from a simple network diagram in the paper,namely,one with a single kind of mode of transport, another with many modes of transport and a third one with damaged points, which provides a better way for the decision-makers of distribution to deal with the special points in the distribution network.
