成都市私立托幼机构与公立托幼机构消毒质量对比研究

摘　　要：目的了解成都市公立托幼机构和私立托幼机构消毒质量的差异和薄弱环节,为做好托幼机构内传染病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法按监测方案对全市托幼机构进行消毒质量监测,数据录入Epidata数据库,采用Excel进行统计分析,对比研究公立托幼机构和私立托幼机构的消毒质量。结果 2010年全市托幼机构消毒质量监测合格率93.4%,不合格项目主要集中在空气、工作人员手和餐饮具表面细菌总数等;私立托幼机构消毒质量(合格率89.7%)显著低于公立托幼机构(合格率89.7%,P<0.01)。结论教育和卫生行政主管部门应联动起来,根据经营类别、所处区域、经济水平和薄弱环节采取不同的监管和指导策略,促进我市托幼机构消毒质量与意识的持续提高,切实保障儿童身体健康。Objective To understand the difference and weak links on disinfection to provide scientific basis for prevent- ing and controlling on infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens in Chengdu.Methods Effectiveness of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens was surveyed according to monitoring scheme,data was recorded into Epidata Base and analyzed by Excel,disinfection quality in private and public nurseries and kindergartens was studied comparafively.Resuks Qualified scale of disinfection in 2010 was 93.4%,Non-qualified items were focused mainly on total bacterial count of air, personnel＇s hand,tableware,et aI.Disinfection quality in private nurseries and kindergartens（qualified scale was 89.7%） was significantly lower than that in public nurseries and kindergartens（qualified scale was 94.2%,P（0.01）.Conclusion Ad- ministrative departments in charge of education and health should join up to supervise and guide on disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens differently according to operating classification, region, economic level and weak links,to improve disinfection quality and awareness,and to guarantee the health of children.
