摘 要:目的观察自我效能理论在肺手术患者围手术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法将应用自我效能理论前(2008年3月至10月)100例肺手术患者为对照组,应用自我效能理论后(2008年11月至2009年5月)105例肺手术患者为观察组;对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组按增强自我效能的护理途径和方法对患者进行健康教育。比较两组患者遵医依从性及肺部感染发生率。结果两组患者遵医依从性比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;观察组患者肺部感染率低于对照组,但两组感染率比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论以自我效能理论框架为基础的健康教育,能有效提高肺手术患者遵医依从性。Objective To observe the application effect of self-efficacy theory used in health education for patients undergoing lung surgery in perioperative period.Method Choose 100 patients undergoing lung surgery before receiving self-efficacy theory(May to October,2008) as control group and 105 patients after receiving self-efficacy theory(November,2008 to May,2009) as observation group.Patients in control group receive routine health education.Patients in observation group receive health education by nursing method of enhancing self-efficacy.Compare the medical compliance and rate of pulmonary infection for patients in two groups.Result There is significant difference on medical compliance between two groups(P0.01).Rate of pulmonary infection for patients is lower in observation group,but infection rate is no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy theory frame based health education can improve compliance for patients undergoing lung surgery effectively.
