摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症患者术后心理状态对自我管理行为的影响。方法应用Beck抑郁问卷和自行设计的自我管理行为量表对120例子宫内膜异位症术后患者进行测评,统计患者发生抑郁情况及患者自我管理各维度评分,分析抑郁与自我管理行为的相关性。结果 120例中发生抑郁88例,发生率73.33%;总体自我管理行为评分33～73分,平均(53.02±10.56)分,总体得分指标53.02%;抑郁与患者自我管理行为呈负相关。结论子宫内膜异位症患者术后不良心理状态可减弱自我管理行为。Objective To observe the effect of mental condition on self-management behavior of patients with endometriosis after operation.Method Assess 120 patients with endometriosis after operation by Beck Depression Inventory and self-designed self-management behavior scale.Collect the scores of all dimensions of depression and patients＇ self-management.Analyze the correlation between depression and self-management behavior.Result 88 in 120（73.33%） patients suffer from depression.General score of self-management behavior is 33~73.The average score is（53.02±10.56）.Index of general score is 53.02%.There is negative correlation between depression and self-management behavior.Conclusion Abnormal mental condition of patients with endometriosis after operation will weaken patients＇ self-management behavior.
