摘　　要：目的了解尿道下裂患儿家长在照护期间的真实感受,为护士对患儿家长进行心理支持提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的深度访谈法收集8名家长的资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果尿道下裂患儿家长照护体验主要有4个主题:心理负荷过重,照顾任务繁重,经济负担过重,被患儿的护理问题困扰。结论尿道下裂患儿家长承受较大心理压力,护士应为其提供人文关怀和情感支持。Objective To study the real experience of parents for children with hypospadias during caring in depth in order to provide evidence for mental support of parents.Method Collect information of 8 caregivers by depth interview of qualitative research and analysis it by phenomenological analysis.Result There are four mainly themes of experience of parents for children with hypospadias,namely mental overload,heavy nursing work,economic burden and concern on nursing problems.Conclusion Parents for parents with hypospadias suffer heavy mental pressure.Nurses should provide them with humanistic care and emotional support.
