摘　　要：针对数字资源建设中图书馆网站版权声明的混乱无序、缺乏规范、未达初衷的状况,结合实例对版权声明进行了理论阐释并提出图书馆网站版权声明的构成要素,以期促进版权声明的规范性应用。In the construction of digital ments. But many of them are chaotic, resources, library websites have posted copyright state-disorderly, lacking in specification, or have not achieved their original goals. The present paper makes theoretical explanation of the copyright statement with examples and makes a proposal for the components of the copyright statement on library websites in order to promote its normative application.
