摘 要:目的:用Raman光谱法和经典方法(红外光谱法和X-射线衍射法)研究尼群地平固体分散体的分散性,以期获得1种新的、简单易行的检查固体分散体分散性的方法。方法:采用溶剂法制备尼群地平固体分散体,用显微共焦拉曼光谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪分别采集尼群地平、PVP K30,尼群地平∶PVP K30(1∶6)的物理混合物及尼群地平固体分散体的拉曼图谱、红外图谱和X-射线衍射图谱,并进行对比分析。结果:3种鉴别方法得到一致的结果:尼群地平以分子状态分散在固体分散体中。结论:拉曼光谱法快速、直接、对样品无损伤,是1种新的、理想的检查固体分散体分散性的方法。Objective:To study the dispersivity of Nitrendipine solid dispersion by Raman spectrometry and the classical methods(infrared spectrometry and X-ray powder diffractometry) in order to obtain a new and simple method in examining the dispersivity of solid dispersion.Methods:Nitrendipine solid dispersion was prepared by solvent method.The Raman spectra,infrared spectra and X-ray powder diffraction patterns of Nitrendipine,PVP K30,physical mixture,solid dispersion were acquired by Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectrometers and X-ray powder diffractometry.And the spectra were compared with each other in order to find out the differences between Nitrendipine solid dispersion and other materials.Results:The three methods obtained the same results that Nitrendipine was dispersed in the carrier as the state of molecule.Conclusion:Raman spectrometry is an ideal method in identifying the dispersivity of solid dispersion which is fast,direct and non-destructive for samples.
